주문제작 방식의 특성 상 하나의 제품에서 수만가지 이상의 경우의 수를 제공하고 있기 때문에 하나의 제품은 오로지 고객 한 분의 선호에 의한 조합으로 결정되어 집니다. 그런 이유로 제작이 진행된 이후 품질의 문제 이외의 사유로 인한 단순 변심, 색상이나 옵션사항의 변경요청 등은 불가합니다. 다만 저희가 책임지고 있는 품질의 문제에 관하여서는 철저한 관리 기준을 따르고 있기 때문에 당사의 규정에 따라 품질 문제로 판단되는 경우 수정, 재제작, 교환, 환불 등의 적절한 조치를 취해 드리고 있습니다.
* 참고 : 가죽의 색상과 톤에 관하여
지금 모니터 상에서 보고 계시는 제작물 혹은 컬러 차트의 색상과 톤은 각각의 모니터 셋팅에 따라 달라지게 되며 그 다름의 정도는 매우 큽니다. 또한 사진의 결과물에 영향을 미치는 카메라의 셋팅 값, 촬영시의 조명에 따른 색온도, 빛의 방향 뿐 아니라 가죽이라는 재료의 특성 상 같은 염료를 사용하여 같은 레시피로 제조 되었다고 하여도 생산되는 각 시기의 원피의 상태, 염색의 시간, 온도, 습도 등에 의한 영향으로 재료 자체의 색상에도 확연한 차이가 생기기도 합니다. 최대한 가죽의 특성을 설명하고 색상을 표현하려 노력하고 있지만 실제 색상과 질감을 모니터 상에서 정확하게 표현하기 어려운 점, 양해 부탁드립니다. 또한 이러한 이유로 가죽의 색상이나 톤, 질감의 차이로 인한 클레임은 진행되기 어려운 점 또한 양해 부탁드립니다.
